They are based on versions available elsewhere on the Internet, but have new material added to them. These contracts may be used as is or can be modified before signing. Printer page setup margins:.75 inches.
Remove footer code &u&b&d temporarily in File Page Setup so that the web page address and date do not print at the bottom.
In case you want to remove and return the header code in Page Setup, here it is for later copy and paste: &w&bPage &p of &P ( leave in the "Page &p of &P" if you would like the contract pages numbered: "Page 1 of 4," etc.). The contract should print out as four pages on a laser printer. Check Print Preview first if you have it on your computer.
